Position Summary As the Atlassian Site Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic evolution of Miovision’s Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and related Operations tools. This role will ensure a seamless experience for a 500+ person organization, balancing day-to-day administration with forward-looking strategy. You will leverage emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and knowledge management across Atlassian tools. Additionally, you will support SnapLogic as a secondary focus, ensuring efficient data movement and integration between Miovision’s business systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, an ability to translate business needs into practical Atlassian solutions, and a passion for driving innovation through AI adoption. Key Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security Lead the adoption of AI-driven features in Atlassian (e.g., Atlassian Intelligence, AI-based query building, automated documentation, smart issue handling) to optimize workflows and decision-making Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, and custom fields to align with organizational needs Oversee Confluence spaces, templates, and governance, ensuring effective knowledge management and AI-powered content recommendations Collaborate with business and engineering teams to streamline development, ITSM, and operational processes using AI-enhanced automation Manage Atlassian system upgrades, app integrations, and new feature rollouts, including evaluating AI-powered add-ons from the Atlassian Marketplace Ensure robust reporting and dashboards for leadership and teams, leveraging AI insights for forecasting, resource planning, and performance tracking Support SnapLogic pipelines to manage data movement between Salesforce, NetSuite, Atlassian, and other core systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Partner with security and compliance teams to maintain governance, audit readiness, and alignment with ISO/SOC2 standards Provide training, documentation, and best practices for end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of AI capabilities Anticipate and propose future Atlassian strategy to support Miovision’s growth and evolving organizational needs Experience Required 10+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence in a mid-to-large enterprise environment (500+ users) Proven experience with Jira project setup, advanced workflows, service desk configurations, and Confluence governance Hands‑on experience implementing or configuring AI-powered features in Atlassian or related systems Experience with SnapLogic (or similar integration tools) for connecting business systems Strong background in system integrations and data management across platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Atlassian Previous experience working in Agile or SCRUM environments Nice‑to‑have Skills & Experience Experience with automation tools such as ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, or Power Automate Familiarity with Sourcegraph, GitLab, or CI/CD integrations into Jira Knowledge of compliance and data privacy requirements related to collaboration and AI-powered systems Prior involvement in AI-driven initiatives to optimize knowledge management and team workflows Exposure to third‑party tools such as Slack Enterprise+, Sigma, or Drata integrated with Atlassian Your Rewards & Well‑being Comprehensive Coverage: Your well‑being is covered from day one with comprehensive health benefits, 24/7 virtual healthcare access, and dedicated wellness programs Financial Future: Build for tomorrow with our RRSP Matching Plan and share in the company's success through our Variable Incentive Plan Time to Recharge: Truly unplug with our unique Mio‑Days (we turn every long weekend into a 4‑day weekend), a December holiday shutdown, and a flexible vacation policy Work & Life Support: We support you with flexible work options, an internet subsidy, a remote work allowance, and enhanced leave for new parents Sound like your next adventure?
