**Position Overview**
As an **Outside Sales Representative**, you will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in providing customized filtration solutions and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively manage and expand accounts within the assigned territory (Northern and Eastern Alberta - HWY 63 / HWY 881, FM, Cold Lake, Bonnyville)
- Develop leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.
- Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and walk-throughs to understand customer needs.
- Provide expert consultation on filtration products and solutions.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **2 years Minimum of years of outside sales experience**, preferably in oil & gas, filtration, or industrial B2B sales. Gas plant operators and EIT are also welcome to apply. We will train you to be a rockstar.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- **Valid driver’s license** with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma required; **post-secondary education preferred, EIT even better**.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Capable of **lifting 50 lbs** and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft 365**.
- **Must reside in the Greater Edmonton Area or further north.**:
