Proposal and Communications Coordinator

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As aProposal and Communications Coordinator your primary purpose is to promote Delnor Construction via marketing avenues and bid proposals as well as foster a strong corporate culture through internal communications and events. The aim of the position is to balance both Proposal and Communication tasks. However, when required, proposal tasks will take precedent due to external deadlines set by clients.
**PROPOSAL BASED DUTIES**:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to prepare formal proposal submissions in response to client RFP/RFQ- this role is time sensitive, and deadline driven.
- Prepare and maintain project profiles for completed projects.
- Prepare and maintain employee corporate resumes for use in proposal submissions.
- Prepare bid forms supplementary information to support pre-bid activities.
- Continual review, formatting and upgrading of master proposal templates & content
- Arrange and attend debriefs with clients on both successful and unsuccessful proposal submissions
- Attend pre-bid site tours on proposal pursuits where possible
- Tracking submissions and win/lose analysis
- Provide graphic design support as needed
- Seeks opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Other duties may be required from time to time.
**COMMUNICATIONS BASED DUTIES**:
- Monitors social media, online platforms, and internal company pages.
- Collaborate with Sr. leaders in creating brand appropriate content and notable project content to Yammer and LinkedIn.
- Managing Delnor Group Website content (Delnor, DRS, Pentamax) as required and lead website refreshes as required
- Coordinate the selections, ordering and receiving of corporate SWAG while ensuring product remain in alignment with branding themes and guidelines
- Ensures all promotional materials comply with the company’s standards and strategies
- Oversee SEO and Google Ad management for Delnor Group organizations
- Ad hoc departmental communications for various campaigns
- Managing major events such as Holiday parties, golf tournaments and corporate client events
- Other duties may be required from time to time.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:Marketing or Business-related diploma required, degree preferred
**Experience**:3+ years’ experience in a proposal role, construction industry preferred
**Travel**: Limited travel and own vehicle required.
