**Position Summary**:
In this diverse role, you will work in collaboration with our Executive Office to support the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operational Officer, VP Operations, and other team members, learning the needs of various stakeholders while providing a high level of administrative and operational assistance.

The location of this role will be a hybrid work schedule based in our Vancouver_ _office.

**K**ey **A**ccountabilities**:

- Providing high-level administrative support to various members of our Executive and Operations teams, dealing with matters requiring high confidentiality.
- Proactively managing multiple calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, anticipating scheduling conflicts and proactively resolving them to ensure optimal time management.
- Preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings and capturing accurate meeting minutes/action items.
- Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Acting as a first point of contact, gatekeeping and problem-solving as appropriate, liaising with company leadership and business contacts directing inquiries to the right people.
- Accurate and timely reconciliation of expense reports.
- Assisting with a broad variety of administrative tasks including preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other meeting materials.
- Assisting with research and other ad hoc projects as required.
- Providing backup support and vacation coverage to other Executive Assistants.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of related work experience.
- Exposure to the financial planning and investment services industries is preferred.
- Completion of a bachelor's degree is an asset.
- Project management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and strong understanding of modern technology.
- A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under a high degree of independence with mínimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking, judgement, and analytical ability.
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer.

This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of **$62,500-$86,000**; dependent on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.
