**EXECUTIVE SEARCH ASSISTANT**

**Introduction**
The role of the Executive Search Assistant is to provide comprehensive administrative support to a retained search firm. The assistant would partner with the Head of Staff & Operations to provide research and support to achieve the firm’s goals while managing the daily administrative tasks associated with the search process. This role could be a work at home function and would be 15 - 20 hours per week to start. This is a great opportunity to work for a dynamic well-known entrepreneur in a flexible environment.

Venture Capital and Private Equity firms making both talent and potential investment introductions. Our network is concentrated the east and west coast having spent over a decade in both New York and in the Bay Area.

**Skills/Responsibilities**
- Inputting and updating profile information into Brennan Group Google Docs.
- Market analysis - researching, analyzing and obtaining appropriate company, market and competitor information.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, asking questions and seeking guidance as needed, including phone communication skills.
- Prioritizing workload.
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in online research and social networks (LinkedIn).
- 3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive in a technology company (preferred) or supporting retained search executive.
- Understanding of the senior roles in technology companies (preferred).
- Basic understanding of marketing and content creation (preferred).
- Highly skilled communicator and business acumen.
- College Degree or equivalent work experience.

**Additional Notes**
- Hours are somewhat flexible
- Temp to hire - 30-day trial basis
- $30USD/HR to start

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 20 per week

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
