Front Desk Agent

**Job Summary**
Ramada London Hotel is seeking Front Desk Agents who can provide superior service to hotel guests throughout all aspects of the guest experience. Front Desk Agents will be the first point of contact to our clientele and will assist guests with making reservations, welcoming guests to the hotel and ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in process. This position requires excellent communication and organization and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Operating multi-line switchboard with pleasant and efficient telephone etiquette
- Assisting guests with hotel reservations
- Greeting guests and completing check-in & check-out process with accuracy
- Handling cash and processing debit & credit card transactions
- Assigning rooms, providing guest keys and responding to any guest complaints
- Communicating with other departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance & Banquets
**Qualifications and Skills** **High school graduate or equivalent** **Proficient in English language**
- **Previous hotel experience is an asset**:
- Must be available to work morning or afternoon weekdays and weekends
**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
