**About us**
- Club Kitchen is Yaletown's newest food hall, housing 13 of Vancouver's top restaurants under one roof. Customers can order from multiple restaurants on one bill, with a single delivery fee and convenient options for delivery, pick-up, or dine-in at Club Kitchen's central Yaletown location.

We are seeking a part-time concierge to join our team, offering 20-24 hours per week, primarily focused on weekends. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing food delivery orders, coordinating with kitchens, and troubleshooting issues. Experience with food delivery apps/systems preferred. Must excel in coordination and problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers warmly, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Manage food delivery orders and liaise with drivers for efficient pickups
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
- Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer concerns
- Optimize food delivery app systems and processes for efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer-facing experience, restaurant experience is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with food delivery apps/systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving ability in resolving operational issues
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays
- Availability to work weekends is essential
