Richardson Sport Inc provides non-competitive sports and instruction programs, introducing children between 2 years old and 12 years to fitness and physical literacy, engaging in a variety of popular sports, including: baseball, basketball, football, golf, hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, tennis, and volleyball. At Richardson Sport Inc. we strive to boost self-esteem and foster a passion for physical activity and sports in children, while ensuring both safety and inclusion for all ages. We are currently seeking a full-time Summer Coach looking to bring excitement and enthusiasm to the position and be a part of a team dedicated to creating positive experiences for children and youth.
- Able to work independently to manage group sizes of up to 12 children.
- Maintains a friendly and outgoing disposition within a child-friendly environment.
- Able to adapt and work in a rapidly changing work environment.
- A demonstrated history of handling and maintaining sports equipment.
- Must possess Class 7 Driver’s License (N) and provide driving record upon request.
- Must submit to and pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Must possess Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C qualifications.

As a part of this position, the Coach will be responsible for the following duties:

- Synthesizing and conducting program activities.
- Maintaining cleanliness and condition of sports equipment inventory.
- Transporting sports equipment to and from program sites.
- Adapting and conducting company programs and activities at program sites.
- Ensuring safety and well-being of participants throughout company programs and activities.
- Completing other tasks as required by the head coach.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
