Are you an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young minds? Richardson Sport Inc. is seeking dedicated leaders to join our coaching team and help shape the next generation of athletes and leaders.

**About Us**:
At Richardson Sport Inc., we are committed to providing fun and enriching programs for children of all abilities, backgrounds, and identities. Our mission is to teach life skills through sports, focusing on physical literacy and empowering youth for a lifetime of sport.

**Position**:Coach/Mentor (Part-time)

**Responsibilities**:

- Coaching children of various ages and abilities
- Participate in our mentorship program to develop into a master coach
- Participate in workshops and staff training sessions
- Gain expertise in physical literacy development
- Foster positive relationships with team and program participants
- Promote our programs through marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Passion for working with children and sports
- Previous participation in sports preferred
- Comfortable coaching toddlers and younger children
- Educational background in related fields (Kinesiology, Early Childhood Education, etc.) preferred but not required
- Must have personal/access to a vehicle for transportation of equipment to program locations
- Located in the CRD of Victoria
- **Available to work weekday mornings and afternoons (Monday-Friday)**:

- Valid Criminal Record Check
- Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a vehicle (required)
- Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C (preferred)
