Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.

What you’ll be doing

**Traitement des données**

  • Vérifier et compléter les feuilles de temps du personnel de chantier, conformément aux conventions collectives et procéder à la saisie des données.
  • Compléter les contrats de service avec les informations au dossier client et saisir les données au fichier de suivi.
  • Vérifier la concordance des entrées de paye et des fichiers de ventes.
  • Traiter l’information en temps opportun et selon les échéanciers
  • Extraire des données et produire des rapports périodiques. Traitement de dossiers, classement et envoie électronique.

  • Complete, up-to-date and available data set; collect and retrieve relevant data and interact with other departments.
  • Entering and processing data, maintaining administration, converting files, encoding and processing invoices and other documents.
  • Up-to-date, accurate and complete processed information.
  • Extract data and produce periodical routine reports.
  • Convert files, encoding and processing invoices and other documents.

What you’ll need

  • Capacité à travailler de manière totalement autonome, tout en suivant les instructions et procédures en place.
  • Grande capacité d’organisation, méthodique
  • Capable de travailler en équipe, et de répondre à plusieurs demandes
  • Capacité d’adaptation et aptitude à mener plusieurs tâches de front dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
  • Expérience professionnelle dans les systèmes départementaux et administratifs, et dans la suite MS Office
  • Une expérience pertinente dans l'un des secteurs suivants serait un avantage : génie civil, construction, énergies renouvelables, pétrole et gaz, offshore, ports et mines
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente
  • Formation professionnelle intermédiaire dans une discipline administrative
  • Able to work fully independently on all result areas under supervision and guidance according to instructions and procedures.
  • Emphasis on collecting, processing and checking data and archiving data, basic knowledge of business process and relevant sub-systems. Accuracy and attention to details is an essential.
  • Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
  • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
  • Relevant experience in any of the following sectors would be an advantage: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
  • 2-4 years years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate vocational education in an administrative discipline
