We’re hiring a reliable, organized, and outgoing **Studio Administrator & Creative Coordinator** to join our growing music school.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, community-centered environment and loves combining structure, leadership, and creativity.

As the first point of contact for families, students, and instructors, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, keep our space spotless, support staff, and contribute creatively to our internal communications and marketing efforts. You’ll be working closely with instructors and families, so being friendly, confident, and highly organized is essential.

This is not just a front desk job—this is a leadership role. You’ll take ownership of your shift, help lead and guide/support instructors, manage scheduling needs, and ensure our studio runs efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Greet and assist students, families, and instructors in person and over the phone
- Manage scheduling and administrative support during studio hours
- Take initiative in leading staff and handling small issues with professionalism
- Contribute creatively to newsletters, social media posts, e-blasts, and marketing
- Create and improve administrative processes and internal systems
- Assist with enrollment, inquiries, and communication with families
- Assist with instrument and method book sales, and instrument rentals

- Experience with a CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce..etc.
- Highly adaptable and able to learn new tasks with efficiency and accuracy

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
- Experience in a music or arts-based environment is an asset
