*Head of Property Management* *Company Description* Trueplace, Inc is a real estate technology company, backed by top tier investors out of Silicon Valley, serving property managers and landlords. Trueplace provides a simple and fast solution for repairs, maintenance, and complete management of properties. Trueplace is hiring an Executive Consultant - Head of Property Management to oversee and develop strategic initiatives for product and service development within the residential and commercial real estate space. *Key Responsibilities*
- Plan and develop strategies for simplifying repairs and maintenance protocols with respect to property management
- Developing recommendations, providing strategic direction and operational oversight with respect to large scale property management
- Analyzing and developing strategies to help property managers and landlords oversee building maintenance, with a large focus on multi-unit residential
- Analyzing and developing strategies to help property managers and landlords obtain estimates and bids for property repairs
- Analyzing and developing strategies to help property managers and landlords coordinate vendor-related services and the tracking of service orders, approvals, and distribution
- Develop and manage several different channels of distribution for Trueplace’s services
- Create and oversee partnership development
- Plan and develop go-to market strategies for sales and marketing teams *Qualifications*
- 7+ years of experience in residential or commercial property management including knowledge of property administration, maintenance, and capital development
- 7+ years of experience working in an executive leadership or senior management role in residential or commercial real estate *Knowledge and Abilities*
- Proven property management expertise including the ability to develop and direct in areas such as establishing of maintenance and repair protocols, vendor relations, property inspections, and conflict resolution
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to the C-Suite level
- Ability to guide and direct stakeholders, including staff and third-party service providers *Wage and Salary Range*
- $75/hour +

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
