**Responsibilities**:
What you'll be doing:

- Perform data mining using SQL, SAS, Cognos, Salesforce, and/or Excel via Enterprise Data Warehouse and Azure Cloud
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track Key Performance Indicators
- Analyze operational and performance metrics to identify process inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and enhance productivity
- Lead and facilitate cross-departmental meetings to obtain requirements, provide updates, and follow up on action items
- Act as point person for data-related requests with internal departments, GMF Texas, and GM Oshawa
- Support new projects, initiatives, and testing requirements
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Advanced analytical abilities to evaluate complex data, identify trends, and contextualize findings to make informed recommendations to senior leadership
- Team player who collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional management teams
- Well-developed business acumen to consider downstream impacts of business decisions and system enhancements
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and evolving business requirements.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support internal and external partners- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, statistical software- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Experience:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in data analysis, data mining, statistic, and forecasting and loan portfolio analysis
- Automotive Finance, Data Reporting and Analytics, Leasing or Retail Finance experience preferred
- Experience with Cognos, SAS, Salesforce and Excel dashboards preferred
- Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
