T he Group Benefits Business Analytics & Advice team is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to independently generate and coordinate reports for internal and external Customers and Advisors. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the data demands of the Group Benefits business while gaining hands-on learning and support from the Business Analytics team. The successful candidate will engage with customers, respond to reporting needs, and support data governance within the Group Benefits area. Key Responsibilities: Co mmunicate effectively with internal and external customers to gather and understand data requirements. Prioritize and fulfill reporting requests in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary. Create reports that address customer needs while continuously expanding technical and Group Benefits knowledge. Collaborate with Business Analytics and Advice team members to enhance report creation processes. Act as the first line of defense for Group Benefits data governanc e and integrity. Required Qualifications: 0-2 years of relevant experience; open to recent graduates. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Team-oriented with a commitment to quality work and excellent customer service. Ability to develop positive working relationships internally and externally. Familiarity with change management and deployment cycles is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing SQL queries to support reporting needs. Background in managing high-volume or recurring report generation. Education: Und ergraduate degree, preferably with a focus or interest in data analytics, business analytics, or related fields.
