Summary

The Operations Coordinator - Lead Agent acts as a central point of contact and communicator

for all operational matters including, but not limited to, ground handling, General

Declarations, passenger documentation such as manifests and visas, passenger and baggage

handling, passenger amenities, catering, deicing, customs, and air-to-ground radio

communication. This position coordinates the operational logistics associated with flights from

the points of anticipated arrival, through set-up and ultimately to flight departure completion.

- Must have excellent analytical skills, including the ability to meet multiple deadlines, and be

detail-oriented

- MS Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Customer and quality awareness focused
- Knowledge of ramp and customer service operations is an asset

Job Duties
- Responsible to record daily arriving and departing passenger count to operations spreadsheet

for tracking
- Ensure flight information is entered and updated
- Accurately receive and relay updated flight information via air-to-ground and operations

messages
- Ensure fueller receives the fuel load and deicing receives information ifrequired
- Monitor gating information to ensure compliance with HIAA and respond accordingly

Operations Coordinator - Lead Agent
- Correctly prepare the arrival and departure paperwork for all flights (including GENDECs)
- Properly prepare load sheet for ramp agents and provide to Lead
- Accurately enter load detail information into computer system by carrier
- Prepare GEN DECs for USCBP for the following day
- Coordinate aircraft mechanical issues with appropriate individuals
- Accurately update flight numbers and times on all operations paperwork
- Track grooming sheets
- Responsible to print all required memos and bulletins from carriers for updates
- Responsible to create and maintain employee phone list
- Delta operations to be determined by management
- Advise Canada Customs and Security of load counts for the week on all inbound flights
- Ensures safe work conditions by following all company rules and regulations within the

work place
- Work in a fast paced environment where accuracy and good employees relations are

required
- Maintain good relations with co-workers, customers, and airport authorities
- Be aware of the local emergency plan
- Ability to be discreet in a confidential and trust position with airline and personnelrecords
- Coordination and oversight of aircraft turnaround activities
- Ensure that processes are delivered within SLA standards and compliance limits while

adhering to safety requirements
- Responsible for the safety and security of all employees
- Performs other duties as required
- Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to output and safety, providing

suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary
- Ensure staff have access to the Quality Management System information in enabling them to

comply with company policies, processes and procedures
- Ensure employees are adequately trained in Quality Assurance to understand, implement, and

maintain all quality objectives as outlined within our Quality Management System.
- Cooperate fully with Inspectors to achieve quality inspection commitments

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Related Operational planning experience and/or training; or equivalent combinationof

education and experience
- Ability to perform basic math calculations with time constraints and have attention to

detail to ensure optimal accuracy for load plans
- Ability to communicate with customers and fellow employees and serve as a teamplayer

under all types of conditions providing leadership
