Gincor is seeking an individual with expertise in the areas of purchasing, costing labour, materials, and parts with the intention of providing administrative support to engineering, sales, production, and finance roles. This role requires an individual to:

- Ensure proper costing of labour, materials and parts to provide accurate job and bill of material (BOM) costing
- Conduct troubleshooting to address costing variances
- Input and maintain data in the ERP system (Epicor)
- Logistics duties including booking and managing incoming deliveries
- Receiving and processing paperwork for goods entering the plant
- Inventory control support
- Assist users in resolving problems, answer questions, and work with users to improve process
- Working closely with Production, Finance, Sales and Engineering to facilitate/process information to the ERP
- Support in the roll out of new processes in Epicor (eg. MRP, update to new version) with affected departments
- Perform database inquiries and audit to verify system integrity
- Complete all work safely, accurately and on time
- Maintains work area in clean, neat and orderly condition
- Perform additional duties as requested by their Supervisor(s)

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong excel skills

**Education/Experience**:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, or other related field is preferred
- Experience with ERP/MRP software packages (preferably Epicor)
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components
- Experience performing technical writing, purchasing, shipping and receiving or material handling functions, an asset

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
