We are currently seeking a dedicated **Office Administrator** to join our team and support our office operations, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional service to our clients and maintain efficient internal processes.

The **Office Administrator** will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. You will work closely with various departments, including project management, accounting, and HR, to support the needs of our growing company. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Experience in the construction or steel fabrication industry is an asset, but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Liaise with vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenance.
- Negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for all business documents.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation in coordination with the accounting team.
- Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, assisting with timekeeping, and helping with onboarding for new hires.
- Aid project managers by tracking projects, preparing documentation, and liaising with clients as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external meetings.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and office duties as required to support the team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in office administration, business management, or related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in construction or steel fabrication is preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office management procedures, basic accounting, and payroll systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
