**Duties**
- Lead guided fishing trips on Tetu Lake, Winnipeg River & English River, ensuring safety and compliance with local regulations.
- Educate clients on fishing techniques, equipment usage, and local fish species.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants.
- Maintain fishing gear and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order before each trip.
- Plan and organize trips based on client preferences, weather conditions, and seasonal patterns.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and adapt the experience accordingly.
- Demonstrate leadership by fostering teamwork among participants during group outings.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide clear instructions.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the fishing experience.
