**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain overhead and underground infrastructure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Operate bucket trucks, cable trailers and pullers, diggers, and other specialized power line equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement safe and effective solutions.
- Follow OSHA, safety, and industry regulations to ensure job site compliance.
- Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Travel for out-of-town projects with per diem provided.
- Cable Lashing and Down Guide Line Installation
- Outside plant aerial construction/Maintenance Work
- Gaffing and extension ladder usage.

**Qualifications**
- 434A Power Line Technician License (Desirable).
- Experience in a similar role or industry (aerial, buried, and outdoor rated electrical work)
- Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, OSHA regulations, fall protection, and lift operations.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Proficient in operating bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and diggers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement available).
- DZ/AZ drivers license is an asset or willingness to obtain one

**Work Schedule**
- Full-time, Monday to Friday

- Travel projects will be required (per diem provided)

Pay: $35.00-$57.00 per hour
