**Responsibilities**

RHS Canada is currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Representative based in Red Deer, AB. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our passionate local team.
- Review Daily delivery schedule under the direction of the Logistics Team Leader and arrange for cylinder and equipment delivery (or pick up) to all those on the daily list provided by the Administrative Team.
- Pick-up and delivery of various items and products.
- Transport and handle dangerous goods.
- Plan delivery schedule and routes using maps and other trip planning aids.
- Perform vehicle inspection before and after daily deliveries.
- Load vehicle with cylinders and equipment as needed.
- Assist in the cleaning and organization of the warehouse including; cleaning of cylinders, transporting cylinders to filling area or from filling area as needed.
- Ensure that required Accreditation and applicable compliance standards are met and maintained.
- Follow cleaning & disinfecting policies according to infection prevention and control guidelines for all equipment in the department.
- Operation of company provided vehicle will be handled in a manner that ensures personal safety, safety towards clients and the general public.
- Responsible for regular servicing of the company vehicle while ensuring manufacturer guidelines are met.
- Work with partner offices to provide travel arrangements for clients as needed.
- Clean returned and repaired respiratory equipment in the warehouse as per protocol. Ensure an adequate supply of equipment is always readily available; this includes all concentrators, OCD’s, suction equipment, aerosol compressors and heavy duty compressors.
- Be available to service walk-in clients, phone calls and general troubleshooting.
- Work closely with Respiratory Therapists and assist with nocturnal testing as directed, client education and re-education, and delivery of equipment as needed.
- Service equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications for minor maintenance such as filter change etc.
- Participate in the driver’s on-call schedule.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Must have experience in customer service excellence
- Must have exceptional organizational skills
- Basic computer user skills required.
- Must have the ability to maintain a nurturing, supportive and collegial environment that encourages continuing quality improvement.
- TDG and WHIMIS certification (training provided if not current)
- Current Basic Rescuer CPR and First Aid Training
- Ability to juggle various responsibilities, demands, personalities and time constraints.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment.
- Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment.
