**RHS Canada** is currently recruiting for a **Service Delivery Representative/Delivery Driver **to cover **Red Deer, AB**. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our passionate local team

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Respiratory Therapists with client education, equipment set ups and troubleshooting as directed.
- Schedule and arrange delivery / pick-up service of oxygen concentrators and respiratory equipment.
- Ensure proper loading and off-loading of equipment from vehicle in accordance with safety and transportation legislative requirements.
- Assist in maintenance and cleaning of various respiratory equipment in compliance with infection prevention and control guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management by ordering/receiving equipment to ensure an adequate supply of equipment is always readily available.
- Perform vehicle inspection, ensure operation of vehicle is handled in a manner that ensures personal safety, safety towards clients and the general public.
- Participate in the local branch office on-call schedule.
- Responsible to help create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Support patient transitions.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent is a requirement.
- TDG & WHMIS certification is an asset.
- Current Basic Rescuer CPR and First Aid training is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license and clean Drivers Abstract is a requirement.
- Valid Criminal Record check - Vulnerable Sector is a requirement.
- Must have experience in customer service and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have ability to occasionally lift up to 88 lbs.
