Lift N Go is a growing automotive transport company helping dealers move vehicles quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively across Canada. We’re looking for a motivated and professional Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the phone, is confident presenting to dealers, and can handle a variety of sales and support tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead generation: identifying and reaching out to potential dealers.
- Calling existing leads to educate them about Lift N Go services and booking demo calls.
- Running onboarding and demo calls with dealers via Google Meet.
- Following up with dormant or inactive accounts to re-engage them.
- Assisting with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Fully proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. (Clear, professional communication is a must.)
- Comfortable and confident on the phone, with the ability to engage dealers and build trust.
- minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required.
- Experience conducting demos or onboarding sessions is a strong asset.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and stay organized.
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience is considered an asset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Meet, CRMs, and spreadsheets.

**Compensation**
- Base pay plus bonus structure
