The Account Executive, Ticket Sales will be primarily responsible for ticket sales, renewals, and fostering client relationships with current and prospective customers. In liaison with the VP of Corporate Sponsorship & Sales and the Manager, Ticket Operations, this position will be responsible for assisting in maximizing revenues for the hockey club in the areas of season tickets (renewals and new sales), single game tickets, premium tickets, flex packs, and group tickets, as well as assisting in the creation and implementation of various other ticket packages and strategies. This position will also work with the marketing and communications departments to assist in the development and implementation a yearly marketing and advertising campaign for the sale of all tickets.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Manager, Ticket Operations, in the development and execution of a yearly ticket sales plan for all ticket options
- Assist the Manager, Ticket Operations with the implementation of ticket pricing structure and ticket options.
- Assist with the management of Season ticket renewals.
- Lead, perform and provide exceptional customer service to fans, sponsors and the public when assisting and fielding ticketing related questions and inquires and troubleshooting all issues, including inquiries as it relates to the My Pats Account.
- Follow the implemented strategic management of ticket inventory for group sales and online sales.
- Process season ticket sales, renewals, packages, vouchers, group and team packages, fundraising programs, sponsor ticket payments and all ticket fulfilments.
- Collect and process orders or refunds for complementary, single game, group, fundraising, premium and season tickets.
- Complete sales reports for cash-out financial reporting to be provided to Manager, Ticket Operations on a weekly basis.
- Problem solve and troubleshoot ticketing issues and problems including ticket scanning/entry, digital entry and Account Manager access
- Work collectively and efficiently with the Brandt Centre Box Office staff, security and guest relations staff to ensure all ticket policies and procedures are being followed to allow guests to efficiently enter the building and have an enjoyable game day experience.
- Perform other duties, including on game days, as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Exhibits professionalism as a representative of the Regina Pats.
- Ability to work all assigned Regina Pats home game schedule and schedule of events (evening, weekend and possibly holiday work may be required).
- Applicants are expected to work prior to, during and post-game at all events.
- Proficiency in basic computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Google Docs, Zoom).
- Previous ticket sales and partnership experience considered an asset.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong strategic thinking skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in sport administration, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of junior hockey and sport environment considered an asset.
- Strong leadership skills, dedicated work ethic and the ability to work well with and manage people of all ages.
- Conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills when working with the public.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience working in fast paced environments.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Approachable with a pleasant personality while being adaptable, flexible, detail orientated, reliable and professional.
