The Manager, Ticket Operations is a 12-month contracted position that will be responsible for, but not limited to, all aspects of the management of the Regina Pats ticket operations, as well as the management and maintenance of the Regina Pats Ticketmaster Archtics Ticketing System. This position will execute, provide direction and leadership of the delivery of all ticket related functions for the Regina Pats Organization. In liaison with the CEO and VP of Corporate Sponsorship & Sales, this position is responsible for maximizing revenues for the hockey club in the areas of season tickets, single game tickets, premium tickets, flex packs, and group tickets, as well as the creation and implementation of various other ticket packages and strategies. This position will also work with the marketing and communications departments to develop and implement a yearly marketing and advertising campaign for the sale of all tickets. The Manager, Ticket Operation will assist the Controller and CEO in creating effective reporting practices related to revenue and assist in delivering high levels of customer services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Lead day-to-day management, implementation and service of the Ticketmaster Archtics and My Pats Account Manager System.
- Managing financial reporting related to ticket revenue, trends and forecasting.
- Assist with ticket pricing structure and ticket options.
- Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute a yearly ticket marketing plan.
- Development and management of Season ticket renewals, including invoicing, processing of payments and creation and management of payment plans.
- Lead, perform and provide exceptional customer service to fans, sponsors and the public when assisting and fielding ticketing related questions and inquires and troubleshooting all issues, including inquiries as it relates to the My Pats Account.
- Execute the creation, administration and build of all Regina Pats events in the Ticketmaster Archtics System, Ticketmaster Event Management Online Tool System and My Pats Account Manager System (pre-season, regular season and playoffs, season tickets, vouchers, and experiences).
- Complete strategic management of ticket inventory for group sales and online sales.
- Process season ticket sales, renewals, packages, vouchers, group and team packages, fundraising programs, sponsor ticket payments and all ticket fulfilments.
- Create and run detailed sales reports (game day sales, scanned attendance, season ticket sales, and Ticketmaster reports).
- Collect and process orders or refunds for complementary, single game, group, fundraising, premium and season tickets.
- Problem solve and troubleshoot ticketing issues and problems including ticket scanning/entry, digital entry and Account Manager access
- Work collectively and efficiently with the Brandt Centre Box Office staff, security and guest relations staff to ensure all ticket policies and procedures are being followed to allow guests to efficiently enter the building and have an enjoyable game day experience.
- Perform other duties, including on game days, as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Exhibits professionalism as a representative of the Regina Pats.
- Ability to work all assigned Regina Pats home game schedule and schedule of events (evening, weekend and possibly holiday work may be required).
- Applicants are expected to work prior to, during and post-game at all events.
- Proficiency in basic computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Google Docs, Zoom).
- Experience and knowledge of the Ticketmaster Archtics System, ticket functions and best practices or knowledge in similar ticketing systems such as the Paciolan software considered an important asset.
- Previous ticket sales and partnership experience considered an asset.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong strategic thinking skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in sport administration, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of junior hockey and sport environment considered an asset.
- Strong leadership skills, dedicated work ethic and the ability to work well with and manage people of all ages.
- Conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills when working with the public.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience working in fast paced environments.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Approachable with a pleasant personality while being adaptable, flexible, detail orientated, reliable and professional.
