Our guest services is the epicentre of our business - energetic and personable, they continually support guests and service providers, ensure accuracy and efficiency of bookings/check-ins/checkouts, inventory support and management, recommend appropriate hair and skincare routines to guests, and ultimately leave a memorable and positive experience with each visit.

To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organized, a strong multitasker, effective communicator, and able to manage guests with grace, even during peak demand.

Our first preference will be given to applicants with salon/spa & or extensive sales and guest service experience.

$19.00 per hour to start, with the possibility of wage review after your 3 month probation and assessment of skill development and additional responsibilities.

This role will involve a regular Tuesday-Saturday schedule; however, the ability to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the business and your fellow teammates is valuable.

Training for this position will begin asap.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
