Rma Coordinator

Description:
- This position is mainly responsible for handling the day-to-day RMA activities.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing all day-to-day RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) activities
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors regarding returns or DOA's / warranty exchanges to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution
- Collaborate with vendors/manufacturers to obtain Return Merchandise Authorizations and ensure vendor credits are issued in a timely manner
- Negotiate with vendor/manufacturers on call tags and waiving restocking fees
- Resolve difficult issues related to miss/lost/damage with our vendors/manufacturers
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all RMA transactions in our ERP system
- Follow up and resolve any issues related to our internal and external (vendor) return processes
- The RMA Coordinator will work closely with our warehouses by providing all necessary documentation and instructions for return logistics
- Other duties assigned as needed
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Communicate and interact with internal employees clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
- Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Excellent structured problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to exercise solid judgment with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills
**Education and/or Experience**:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service preferably in AV/Video Teleconferencing Construction
- Telecommunications or related field (preferred but not required)
