**Responsibilities**

Team Management:

- Lead and inspire team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability to achieve targets and surpass expectations.
- Provide personalised guidance, support, and mentorship to nurture the professional growth and development of both new and existing team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback to drive individual and collective improvement.
- Monitor team progress closely, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategic measures to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Serve as a role model by embodying our core values and cultivating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operations.
- Coordinate with various teams to gather essential information and resources for successful onboarding implementation.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication channels, fostering strong relationships and synergy between team members and other departments.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously assess processes, identifying areas for enhancement and streamlining workflows.
- Develop and implement optimised processes and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
- Proactively solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders, utilising insights to refine and optimise methodologies.

Training & Development:

- Identify training needs within the team, orchestrating tailored training programs to address skill gaps and enhance capabilities.
- Provide ongoing opportunities for training and development, empowering team members to enhance their skills and knowledge continually.
- Cultivate a team learning and growth culture, promoting continuous professional development and advancement.

Technical Delivery Through the Team:

- Report operational activities to the Global Head of Sustainability, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Lead the delivery of organisational greenhouse gas assessment services, encompassing GHG calculations, emissions estimation modelling, and meticulous quality review of client data.
- Engage with clients and partners, offering comprehensive consulting support, scoping sustainability assessments, addressing technical and project management inquiries, and facilitating clients' sust
