Job Description: Line Operator (Polyurethane & Polyisocyanurate Expertise)

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Line Operations:

- Operate, monitor, and control the production line, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation and handling of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate materials during the manufacturing process.

2. Material Expertise:

- Monitor and adjust material ratios, temperatures, and other parameters to achieve desired panel quality.

3. Quality Control:

- Inspect and verify product dimensions, density, and thermal insulation properties to meet company standards.
- Identify and address defects or inconsistencies in the finished panels.

4. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the production line and material handling.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.

5. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to workplace safety regulations, especially regarding the handling of chemical materials.
- Ensure proper storage and usage of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate components in compliance with safety guidelines.

6. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and material usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a line operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably with metal insulated panels.
- Ability to monitor and adjust production parameters for consistent quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus).
- Prior experience with polyurethane and polyisocyanurate manufacturing processes is required.
- Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in insulated panel production is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a factory environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience
