**Starting Pay $ 19.41 an hour, pay increase for working afternoon shifts**

**Shift Timings: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM; 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM; Weekends**

As a **Full-Time Line Operator**, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives

**Key Responsibilities**
- The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
- Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers
- You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process
- Load materials into production machines
- Remove, pack and sort raw materials or finished products
- Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organizations waste removal and recycling policies
- Clean production equipment and work areas

**Qualifications**
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
- Standing for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts, work any job, and work overtime as needed
