**Job Opportunity: On-Site Facilities Attendant**

**Overview**

Serene Cleaning Services is seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to maintain cleanliness and sanitation facilities on an active construction site. This role requires diligence, adherence to strict safety protocols, and a proactive approach to managing supplies and hygiene across various portable washrooms and facilities.

**Position Details**
- **Job Title**: On-Site Facilities Attendant
- **Available Positions**: 1 Full-Time, 1 Casual
- **Start Date**: Monday, November 17, 2025
- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (35 hours/week for Full-Time)

**Compensation**
- **Starting Wage**: $18.50 per hour
- **Post-Probationary Wage**: $20.00 per hour (Following a successful 3-month probationary period)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for all on-site sanitation facilities, including washcarts and portable toilets.
- Perform routine checks and cleaning tasks throughout the day, moving between various locations on the active construction site.
- Monitor and replenish essential supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels) in a timely manner to ensure continuous availability.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or significant shortages to the Site Supervisor immediately.
- Strictly adhere to all company and site-specific safety regulations and procedures.

**Job QualificationsRequired Experience & Training**
- Proven **commercial cleaning experience** or experience in a similar high-traffic industrial environment.
- Must possess **SCOT Safety Training** prior to the start date.
- Willingness and ability to successfully complete mandatory **On-Site Orientation** upon hiring.
- Must be **comfortable and proficient working within an active construction site environment**.

**Mandatory Documentation**
- A **clear Criminal Record Check** dated within the last six (6) months is required.

**Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements**
- Steel-Toe/Plated Boots
- Hard Hat
- High-Visibility (Hi-Vis) Vest
- Safety Glasses
- Cut-resistant gloves (minimum Level 4)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
