Hiring Stars provides the best talent to multiple clients across Canada. Our client, a financial services organization, is looking for a social media manager and Content writer to lead the social media efforts of the company and facilitate brand awareness, reach, and branding.
We are looking for a passionate leader to help continue growing our social media, & Content department. Someone who would be responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns along with planning and creating appealing content.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a content writer.
- Minimim 1 year of experience working as a social media manager.
- Experience with content writing for the purpose of social media.
- Proficient with social media marketing strategies.
- Having a good understanding of SEO and integrating it into content writing.
- Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having proven experience in contributing towards a brand’s growth.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
**Experience**:
- Content Writing: 2 years (required)
- Social media management: 1 year (required)
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
