We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Media Content Creator / Graphic Design Lead to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, design, branding, and digital media. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual and video content, driving engagement across platforms, and contributing to business development efforts.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone with a strong portfolio, proven results, and the ability to lead content strategy from concept to execution. Applicants who do not include a portfolio will not be considered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging, platform-optimized content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (including Shorts), LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
- Film and edit high-quality video content for social and marketing campaigns
- Operate professional camera and drone equipment
- Design branded visuals and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other tools
- Build and manage content calendars using scheduling platforms like Later, Buffer, or Planoly
- Collaborate with influencers, creatives, and internal teams to expand brand visibility
- Develop strategies to drive sales, grow engagement, and increase brand awareness
- Contribute to business development initiatives through digital campaigns and storytelling
- Write clear, compelling captions, scripts, and copy for content across channels
- Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on analytics and trends
- Lead and manage creative workflows with strong attention to detail and organization

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital media, content creation, and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative range, including video and social content (required for consideration)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Confident operating DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, drones, and audio gear
- Solid understanding of each platform’s content style, trends, and audience engagement best practices
- Excellent writing skills for captions, content scripts, and short-form brand messaging
- Ability to think creatively and strategically about brand-building and visual storytelling
- Self-motivated, efficient, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- A natural leader and collaborator with a growth-focused mindset
