As a Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist at NHV, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating content and helping with our social media presence. You will be a part of our diverse marketing and social media team to develop and execute creative strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our online visibility. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong design background and a passion for social media to help us reach pet lovers around the world and make a pawsitive difference in their pet's health.

**Please note this is an in-person position.**

**Graphic Design**:

- Conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics for a variety of purposes, including social media posts, website banners, digital ads, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all design elements are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and optimized for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with your colleagues in our social media and marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop effective design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

**Social Media Management**:

- Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image and customer relationships.
- Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and typography.
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with video editing software is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and social media campaigns is required.
