We are committed to expanding our presence and building connections through strategic participation in events and conferences. We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful **Conference & Events Coordinator**to identify high-impact opportunities that align with our business goals.

**Position Overview**:
In this role you will be responsible for scouting, evaluating, and recommending conferences, trade shows, and events that align with our brand, target audience, and strategic objectives. Your insights will drive our outreach, partnerships, and visibility in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Incorporate the marketing vision and brand to create an event & conference strategy that aligns with our company goals.
- Collaborates and communicates closely with internal stakeholders from sales and marketing teams to deliver superior quality brand representation.
- Collaborate with leadership & sales team to define conference goals, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Develops and executes an overarching show strategy including communications and lead management.
- Oversee event logistics & planning, including venue coordination, schedules, and vendor management.
- Build relationships with event organizers to negotiate sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and exhibitor packages.
- Identify and engage potential conference opportunities, partners, and exhibitors to generate revenue and ensure a return on investment for all attended events.
- Assist in developing and managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Monitor and analyze conference performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future events.
- Gather competitive research to ensure we remain competitive at events.
- Gather post-event feedback to improve future conferences.
- Acts as the primary contact for shows and events to ensure all elements of the trade show are completed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or sales coordination, preferably within conferences or B2B events.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (ie. Hubspot), marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience creating and adhering to a budget.
- Self-starter attitude.
- Familiarity with event trends and developments.
- Active driver’s license and ability to travel is required.
