We’re hiring an Entry‑Level or Junior Business Developer who wants more than another job. What You’ll Do Find and qualify leads across industries using LinkedIn, email outreach, and targeted research. Pitch and demo our AI audit solutions, explaining how businesses can detect bias, improve compliance, and reduce risk with automated tools. Create and customize proposals based on client needs. Negotiate and close deals that directly grow our customer base. Work directly with the founder to refine messaging, improve outreach, and develop marketing assets. Track and analyze your pipeline using CRM tools. What You’ll Learn (This is the Real Value) This isn’t a traditional sales job. Prompt engineering, automation, and AI‑assisted workflows that you can use anywhere in your career. How to use advanced AI tools for lead generation, research, writing, analysis, and productivity. Comfort with cold outreach and persistent follow‑up. Ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex topics. Availability for 20–40 hours/week, remote, with optional Toronto meetups. Sales or marketing interest; no formal experience required.
