**Position Summary**

The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties and management of day-to-day business activities in support of the Executives of the Trico Group of Companies, including the Founder, President & CEO of Trico Residential, and President of Trico Communities.

Duties include but are not limited to, providing support in the management schedules, coordinating meetings with internal and external contacts, meeting minute-taking and distribution, drafting both internal and external correspondence, preparing and tracking the expenses, and arranging travel.

The role is a pivotal support position, as the Executive Assistant is a key liaison among staff members and between the Executive team and external partners and is required to maintain confidentiality. Integrity and strong attention to detail are crucial for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide direct administrative support to the executive team.
- Maintain work schedules and calendars of the executive team.
- Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations.
- Coordinate logistics of executive team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
- Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.
- Review, evaluate, and distribute priority correspondence for the executive team.
- Complete expense reports, pay invoices, and other related duties.
- Take and transcribe dictation notes.
- Present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline, is required.
- 10+ years' experience in an Administrative role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Resourceful and flexible.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Integrity, loyalty, and discretion
- Knowledge of corporate governance
- Experience in managing third-party service providers.
- Able to maintain filing systems, and databases.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $77,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
