Nous recherchons une personne hautement organisée et soucieuse du détail pour rejoindre notre agence immobilière dynamique en tant qu'assistante administrative bilingue. Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez un soutien administratif crucial à notre équipe, en veillant au bon déroulement des opérations et à l'efficacité du flux de travail.
Responsabilités:
- Traiter et émettre des chèques pour différentes transactions, y compris les paiements aux fournisseurs, les commissions et autres obligations financières.
- Aider à la clôture des ventes en préparant la documentation nécessaire, en coordonnant avec les parties concernées et en veillant à une réalisation précise et rapide.
- Effectuer des tâches comptables de base, telles que la tenue des registres financiers, la conciliation des comptes et l'assistance aux processus budgétaires.
- Effectuer des saisies de données pour mettre à jour et gérer les bases de données, les informations clients et les listes de biens immobiliers.
- Fournir un soutien administratif général, y compris répondre aux appels téléphoniques, répondre aux courriels, planifier des rendez-vous et organiser des fichiers.
- Utiliser le logiciel EZ-Max pour gérer les transactions immobilières, générer des rapports et maintenir l'exactitude des données.
Exigences:
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit) est essentielle pour une communication efficace avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe. -Une expérience avérée dans des rôles administratifs, de préférence dans l'industrie immobilière. -La familiarité avec l'utilisation du logiciel EZ-Max ou de systèmes similaires de gestion immobilière est un plus.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic real estate agency as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and issue checks for various transactions, including vendor payments, commissions, and other financial obligations.
- Assist in closing sales by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with relevant parties, and ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting processes.
- Conduct data entry to update and manage databases, client information, and property listings.
- Utilize EZ-Max software to manage real estate transactions, generate reports, and maintain data accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written) is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity in using EZ-Max software or similar real estate management systems
is a plus
Position is full time or part is available
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
