**Global Client Terms Administrator**

We are seeking a Client Terms Administrator to support the Global Client Terms Team within the Global Business Acceptance Department to ensure management of daily workflow, and to facilitate effective management of contractual obligations with clients and the management of risk.

This role will work with and support the Firm globally, with an initial focus on the US, UK, Ireland, and Middle East locations.

**Requirements**:

- Work closely with and support the Global Client Terms Manager and the team in managing the various responsibilities of the Global Client Terms Team
- Day to day monitoring of Team inboxes, adding to and updating the Team's workflow tracker lists as instructions are received
- Daily monitoring of daily workflow trackers to ensure tasks are progressed appropriately
- Assisting the Team with good file management of documents and correspondence, helping to develop new filing systems as required
- Uploading client terms to internal databases and also upon direction from members of the team adding key data from client terms to the appropriate systems
- Uploading to relevant systems and maintaining the Team's knowledge and guidance documents as they are updated from time to time
- Taking and disseminating minutes and action points from weekly team meetings
- Assisting with team calendars to ensure that regular meetings are arranged as appropriate and the team’s annual leave is properly documented
- Maintaining the currency of the data held in the client terms systems by operating a follow up system to establish the status of client terms, and amending records when terms expire or after fee earner departures
- Respond to requests from the business for copies of documentation and help to signpost to the relevant systems and policy documents where required
- Producing reports for management and other stakeholders on client terms data
- Raising awareness of the Client Terms Database and assisting the business with general database queries
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as directed
- Raising awareness of the Team's services and at all times acting as an ambassador to the Global Client Terms Team and the Business Acceptance Department
- As needed, liaising with stakeholders including matter teams and Business Services teams to ensure the client terms systems deliver on specified requirements
- As part of the wider Business Acceptance Department undertaking and supporting ad hoc and varied special projects and upgrades when required

**Additional Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications, skills, and experience**
- Very good command of English - both written and spoken
- Ability to work as part of an international team, and comfortable working as part of a remote team situated across various time zones
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage a high-volume workload, and to prioritize
- Efficient time management, delivery of work to a consistently high standard and to deadlines
- Prior experience working with law firms/professional services firms would be beneficial
