About the Role

The Corporate Administrator reports to the Senior Corporate Administrator and/or an Assistant Vice President, and supports our global client accounting team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: work with both local and global teams to deliver first class service to our clients. Primary responsibilities include:

- maintenance of US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for a large number of entities in 40+ jurisdictions;
- will also be responsible for monitoring a central inbox;
- will involve interacting with global colleagues as well as our clients and their counsel, and ensuring that all tax forms and registrations are performed in accordance with established protocols;
- Other duties include the preparation of tax forms and registrations as needed. The Corporate Administrator will be required to deliver high levels of client service, while ensuring that each relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures.

What You Bring
- CEGEP/College Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration;
- must have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and be able to deal with people at various levels within and without the organisation;
- will consistently strive for excellence, take pride in executing their responsibilities efficiently and accurately, and proactively look for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes.
