Service Manager

Are you a 'Go Getter' and driven by success? Rees Mobile Services is a locally owned and operated Heavy Equipment repair company looking to hire a a service manager that wants to dominate at his or her career.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis.
- Answer client and customer questions.
- Address and resolve any issues and complaints.
- Report problems and unresolved issues to the operations manager.
- Write up/Proof reports of client and customer activity or complaints.
- Proof and edit work orders in a timely manor to ensure workflow efficiency & accuracy.
- Manage & finalize the creation, editing, proofing of work orders in preparation for customer view and invoicing.
- Present reports to the operations manager as requested/required.
- Devise ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
- Promote company products and services.
- Research consumer base to better serve the needs of the target demographic.
- Present new growth ideas/plans to the operations manager and president.
- Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources.
- Maintain our database of clients and client needs.
- Manage foreman & technicians & service department staff.
- Create/Maintain Technician’s schedule.
- Present progress and future goals to the president & operations manager
- Follow and assist with enforcing Rees' policies & procedures, including Covid-19 protocols.
**Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- 3+ years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal & Managerial skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients or employees.
- Works well with a team while instilling urgency and keeping work flow efficient.
- Must be technical and resourceful
- Demonstrate ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite and adapt easily to new software.
- Is capable of conducting independent research.
- Maintain professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
- Knowledge of “Manager Plus” an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
