Overview:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document issues
- Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Work with customers on parts, order, manage inventory
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
**Skills**:
- Prior experience in trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment repair or service environment is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle issues to customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent sales and customer service skills to build rapport with customers
