- Train and mentor sales staff on effective selling techniques
- Develop and implement sales goals and strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process
- Collaborate with the service department to maintain vehicle quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership management
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and upselling techniques
- Excellent math skills for pricing negotiations and financial calculations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous in communicating with a broader customer base
- Familiarity with retail sales operations and processes

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
