**Job Summary**
As a Used Car Manager, you will drive the success of our dealership's pre-owned vehicle sales by leading a dynamic team and implementing effective sales strategies. Your expertise in inventory management, customer service, and high-end sales will be crucial in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. You’ll be at the forefront of building relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring that our used car inventory meets the demands of our clientele.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the used car inventory, ensuring optimal pricing and presentation of vehicles.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate deals with customers while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor the sales pipeline.
- Conduct training sessions on negotiation techniques, upselling strategies, and product knowledge.
- Foster relationships with B2B partners to expand outreach and enhance sales opportunities.

**Basic qualifications**
- Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership management.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in outside sales or outbound sales environments.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to analyze sales performance effectively.
- Public speaking experience for conducting training sessions and presentations.
