Brantford, Canada FRF Hydraulic Inc Fabrication Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
- Responsible for all purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, inventory levels, and order fulfillment in the E2 Software System
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock on hand.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Issuing parts to employees
- Organize and stock shelves
- Follow-up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Assist with other tasks, as needed.

**Expereince and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., MRP, ERP)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and terms
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record keeping
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in vendor management and procurement

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
