**What we're looking for**

We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Associate to help manage and grow our ecosystem of partners and maximize the impact they can achieve. You will recruit new partners to our ecosystem, manage existing partners, help launch new integrations, and launch co-marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will work across the organization to bring strategic programs to successful outcomes.

**You will**
- Evaluate potential partnerships for both feasibility and impact
- Represent Momentive externally to potential partners and the broader ecosystem
- Implement go-to-market opportunities with the partners you manage with support from internal peers from product, sales, and marketing
- Manage your set of partners and report on performance across key impact metrics
- Uncover partnership opportunities tied directly to Momentive strategic priorities and those of potential partners
- Learn to lead cross-functional efforts with Product, Finance, Sales and to implement business strategies, scale operations, and launch new partnerships

**You have**
- 2 or more years of work experience, preferably in management consulting or strategy
- An understanding of, or interest in, SaaS business models and go-to-market execution
- Comfortable with research and developing recommendations
- Experience presenting to executives

**What we offer our employees**

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $79,560/year to $134,550/year depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.

Bonuses, commissions, and/or equity may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
