Digital Project Manager

Method + Metric is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience working digital marketing and SEO. You'll get the opportunity to work on different projects in a variety of industries. We're a small team, building big things. This role is a full-time contract position.

Here Are Your Key Responsibilities:

- Implements technology solutions, according to industry best practices
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees activities related to the development and implementation of the SEO strategy for our clients
- Staying abreast of the current industry best practices and reviewing websites of competitors to compare their activities with those of our clients
- Managing a content team consisting of writers, strategists, designers, etc.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the Method + Metric team and keeping clients abreast of the team's work
- Building & communicating project plans, scheduling, and budgets
- Assigning tasks & deadlines across content + analytics teams
- Regular check-ins, internally and with client stakeholders
- Support with clearing roadblocks and creative problem solving
- Track web analytics to ascertain opportunities and risks for clients.
- Monitor and analyze capacity and resourcing of team members
- Closely monitor and improve internal workflows including documentation for processes
- Support in onboarding new clients

What You Will Need to Succeed
- 3-4 years of agency experience or in a similar role.
- Adept at SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with popular content management systems. (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace)
- Familiarity with experimentation + CRO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing small teams and communicating with clients
- Proficiency with popular content management systems.
- Good understanding of Google suite of tools; Analytics (UA + GA4), Search Console, Trends, Optimize, and (bonus points for) Data Studio
- Experience using Asana or an equivalent project management system
- Ability to manage a variety of projects, tasks, and deliverables for numerous clients.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong leadership qualities

Details:

- Expected Pay Range: $65,000 to $80,000 (based on experience)
- Location: Vancouver, BC
- Must be able to work (remotely) in Canada

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
