**Role Summary**

As the Project Manager, you play a critical role in successfully launching our client’s product offerings by supporting a close-knit team, keeping them aligned and accountable to continue achieving company goals and overall performance. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, you will focus on driving the product forward while ensuring the quality and delivery from the team are on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will leverage your expertise to lead the team to success from start to finish.

**What You'll Do**
- Perform a pivotal role of overseeing a product launch from A to Z;
- Work closely with our client’s to understand their needs and goals, and manage their expectations throughout the project;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including media buying, sales, tech teams and influencers to ensure seamless communication and foster a cohesive working environment;
- Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure they are executed and tracked effectively;
Manage the day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution;
- Monitor product progress and proactively identify areas of improvement, working with agility to course correct and adapt priorities effectively;
- Facilitate project status meetings, team meetings, and other project-related communications;
- Perform quality control checks on marketing material, sales and customer service experience by analyzing data, user behavior and shadowing calls to identify areas of improvement for better conversion;
- Execute website A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Execute improvements to the marketing funnel performance by leveraging different analytic tools like Google Analytics, Click Funnels and other reporting software;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in marketing and project management.

**Who You Are**
- A highly driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a sense of ownership, accountability, and a strong work ethic;
- Agile when managing multiple tasks and are able to prioritize dynamic deadlines with the highest business impact potential in mind;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a very strong handle of the English language;
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, web technologies, and digital marketing trends is an asset. Understanding of the creative process is a bonus;
- Organized, self-disciplined, and able to manage multiple articles simultaneously.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- 2+ years experience with project management and team management;
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience or in a similar field is an asset;
- Experience in direct response marketing is a huge asset;
- Solid understanding of production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies;
- Ability to manage small projects or components of complex project, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget;
- Has experience in marketing funnel A/B testing is an asset;
- Having international marketing experience is an asset.
