**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in Shopify Plus and e-commerce to lead and deliver high-impact projects for our global enterprise clients. This strategic role involves orchestrating multidisciplinary teams to design and execute tailored solutions while ensuring successful project outcomes and client success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Shopify Plus projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to align project deliverables with client goals.
- Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation during the planning phase.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Maintain continuous client communication, providing updates and gathering feedback to refine project results.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration, driving excellence in project execution across solutioning, design, development, and QA.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in e-commerce and digital commerce projects.
- 1-2 years experience running Shopify Plus Projects, 3-5 years experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Experienced in handling multiple large replatforming projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, QA coordination, and post-launch support.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology, with experience leading sprint ceremonies, managing backlogs, and ensuring continuous delivery through iterative planning and stakeholder collaboration.
- Understanding and ability facilitate work involved in integrating commerce platforms with external ERP, CRM and other third party systems effectively.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational prowess.
- Background in manufacturing, parts, distribution, or B2B is advantageous.
