Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in Shopify Plus and e-commerce to lead and deliver high-impact projects for our global enterprise clients. This strategic role involves orchestrating multidisciplinary teams to design and execute tailored solutions while ensuring successful project outcomes and client success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Shopify Plus projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to align project deliverables with client goals. Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation during the planning phase. Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Maintain continuous client communication, providing updates and gathering feedback to refine project results. Manage project risks, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee cross-functional collaboration, driving excellence in project execution across solutioning, design, development, and QA. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in e-commerce and digital commerce projects. 1-2 years experience running Shopify Plus Projects, 3-5 years experience managing projects from concept to completion Experienced in handling multiple large replatforming projects simultaneously. Familiar with standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, QA coordination, and post-launch support. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology, with experience leading sprint ceremonies, managing backlogs, and ensuring continuous delivery through iterative planning and stakeholder collaboration. Understanding and ability facilitate work involved in integrating commerce platforms with external ERP, CRM and other third party systems effectively. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational prowess. Background in manufacturing, parts, distribution, or B2B is advantageous.
