**THE ROLE**

We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual with at least 2 - 3 years of experience within an office-based sales support and customer service environment. This individual will be driven and have a personality that enables them to work effectively as part of a team and independantly to help build the growth of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collecting customer payments
- Sales Order Processing
- Production and order delivery oversight
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers and decorators to coordinate production and delivery timelines
- Effectively manage customer expectations and contribute toward building Kukri’s profile as a desirable partner to existing and potential customers.
- Comfortable with working both independently and as part of a team

- Creative with an ability to problem-solve

- Motivated with a can-do attitude
- Competent in MS office programs such as Outlook, word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Full driving license

**Desirable**
- 2-3 years customer service/office administration experience
- A sports enthusiast

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
